Since Year 2006, Tint Auto Malaysia has embarked the journey of introducing LLumar Products into the Malaysia market. Since then, it has been Tint Auto’s commitment to provide a safe and comfortable driving experience for LLumar owners. With that commitment, the LLumar 2014 National Tint-Off Competition is being held this year.
This competition offers a platform for LLumar professional tint installers to exchange their knowledge and experiences, which can help to raise standards of the tint industry. It is the belief of Llumar that only professional skills and tools will bring out the best functions of the professional products.
16 teams throughout Malaysia including participants from Sabah are gathered at Federal Auto, Glenmarie on the competition day to demonstrate their best skills for the honor of being the best in the country. The winner will then represent Malaysia to compete at the LLumar Asia Pacific 2014 Tint-Off Championship at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, 19th November 2014 together with 13 other teams from Asia Pacific countries.
The contestants are judged based on a few important criterias of tinting which includes cleanliness and application quality of installed film on the car. Every contestant is being assigned to a Volkswagen Golf Sedan and given 2 hours to complete. The winners are being announced at the end of the event to be:
Champion – Mr Lim Loke Choon from LLumar Glenmarie, Shah Alam,
1st Runner up – Mr Chow Wei Jian from LLumar Mahkota Cheras, KL
2nd Runner up – Mr Raymond Ang from LLumar Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
The champion, Mr Lim Loke Choon will be representing Malaysia to compete at the LLumar Asia Pacific 2014 Tint Off Championship in November.
During the National Tint-Off Competition, the CEO of Tint Auto, Mr. Michael Tan has also announced the official launch of the Pinnacle Film Series in Malaysia. This latest window film uses the latest nano-ceramic technology to achieve a significant improvement in TSER across the products and is capable to block more than 99% UV rays. And unlike metallic products, Pinnacle films is non-signal interference, which means the SmartTag or Touch’nGo paying system will not be affected.
